Amit Bhavsar is the drummer of "Qasidaa" the unplugged band. He has no interest in electronic music.


PERSONAL LIFE
Amit Sachin bhavsar was born on 11 November 2000. To mother Vaishali bhavsar and father Sachin bhavsar.


SCHOOLING LIFE

He is studying in Holy Trinity High School, and is in 11 standard. He is not much interested in studies, but manages to pass and clear all the subjects. His teachers were very helpful to him, still he found maths his first enemy. As he started playing drums, he is one of the recognised lad in the school.


INTERESTED IN MUSIC

In his Earlier childhood, he was not much intrested in music stuff. But after grade eight he began to develop interest in music and started learning drums. And now he is drumming since three years.
He follows Arijit Singh because he is his inspiration. Apart from Arijit singh, A.R Rahman, Papon, Shreya ghoshal, Sachin-jigar, Palak muchhal, Divya kumar, Amit trivedi are his favourite musicians/singers. One of his favourite band is Voctronica-Acapella Band.


BAND

In May 2017, Rahim Nasirkhan along with his school mate Mayank Mahyavanshi planned to call up all the singers in their contact for a small Jamming session. They further continued to jam and soon a Band was created. They started performing Unplugged music and named the Band “Qasidaa” with a tag line "An Unplugged Band". The band consists of Mehul Damania, Mayank Mahyavanshi, Tejal Patel and Lajja Bhavsar on Vocals, Amit Bhavsar on Drums, Dhruval Maher on Dholak/Tablas and Rahim Nasirkhan on lead vocals and Rhythm Guitar. The seven members come from backgrounds varying from Gujarati folk to soft-pop and just acoustics. The band also performs gigs at private parties, local concerts and have a future plan to tour within India.


HOBBIES AND OTHER WORKS

He has done many shows before joining this band and has performed at Swami Vivekanand Auditorium,and in some colleges too. He has interest in playing Dhol-tasha(folk marathi tradition) which is performed in Ganesha chaturthi in Maharashtra.


He is equally interested in football, and has been in his school's football team. And now he has started learning more instruments such as guitar and wants to achieve success in the field of music like Arijit Singh.
